It could be a day of firsts for Fairfield on Saturday.
The Tigers will play in the first boys state basketball final in school history and coach Maurice Ford will be going for his first title in three championship tries.
The game between Fairfield and LeFlore started out as a very close contest. The Tigers however, powered over the Rattlers in the 3rd quarter with a tough defensive stand and outstanding offense. Our Fairfield Tigers played with heart and character and they came out victorious moving them on to the championship game.
Come out and support your hometown team this Saturday February 29, 2020 at 10:45 a.m. at the BJCC Legacy Arena. .
